Butter-sautéed dates

Protein: ~10g (with Greek yogurt or kefir)
Ingredients
6–8 Medjool dates, pitted and halved
1 tsp butter or ghee
1 cup Greek yogurt or kefir
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of sea salt
Drizzle of honey
Directions
Sauté dates in butter over medium heat for 4–5 min until soft and caramelized.
Spoon over yogurt or kefir.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and sea salt.
Finish with a light drizzle of honey.
