Because each Redwood Mint product is made on demand especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the item and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences

For sizing guidance, please refer to the size chart included on each product page before ordering.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check your tracking link first, then reach out to us and we'll look into it

Handmade Goods

Our handmade goods , including hand-turned wood vases, wood plates, dried flowers — are crafted in small batches or made to order. Because of their handmade nature, no two pieces are exactly alike and natural variations in grain, texture, color, and finish are part of what makes each piece its own.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on handmade items.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or tone

  • Minor imperfections inherent to handmade goods

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Change of mind after purchase

Our product photos and descriptions are kept accurate and up to date so you can shop with confidence. When in doubt, ask us first.
